This place is super cute and clean!!! It was perfect for my visit!
Location!!!!! You are literally steps away from anything you would want on South Congress! One of my favorite coffee shops, Meteor, is literally a block over. Also the food at Torchy’s ‘s is amazing, and it is across the street. I will stay here the next time I visit Austin.

Great house in a great location! Walkable to restaurants and parks but still quiet. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed plus Renon provided extra baby gear for our family! Would definitely recommend!

Renon’s place is beautiful. A great space for a busy family. Loads of room and spotlessly clean. Renon was so helpful the whole time and recommended some amazing local places to eat and visit. If you are looking for somewhere in a quiet, trendy and close to the city place. Book here, you won’t regret it.

This was a great home base for my friend and I while we were in town for the Grand Prix! The apartment is small (as described!) and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to places on South Congress as well as through the neighborhood all the way to Lamar. Renon was friendly, helpful, and communicative! Overall an excellent place to stay if you plan on being out and about to explore on your trip.

I had a great stay with Renon and Brad! Well thought out check in and check out instruction. They were very easy and pleasant to communicate with. And the location so perfect - great coffee a block away and all the fun of South Congress within steps. Highly recommend

Stunning little cottage tucked in the heart of Zilker / Bouldin area and within walking distance to great restaurants / cafes / shops.
The space is incredibly cozy, spacious, clean with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and nice wood / vintage / touches (organic fabrics, wooden floor) throughout the space, which felt like staying in a mountain cabin. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen ustensils and finishes had a cottage / vintage feel to them, which made cooking really enjoyable.
The backyward is huge with a table and chairs to have a nice quiet cozy dinner outside if one fancies.
Renon was extremely supportive, kind and responsive and made sure to attend to any question I had.
Having stayed in various airbnbs in Austin, Renon’s house is easily in my top 3 favorite airbnbs in town.
I’ll be back !
